Ambassadors

Roger Nanney is the retired vice chairman of Deloitte LLP, and current board member at Priority1 LLC, Freeman Company, and Blackbaud.

Roger joined Deloitte in 1982 and spent 30 years as a partner, holding positions such as US national managing partner for Deloitte Private, chief operating officer for Deloitte US Clients & Industries, member of the US and Americas operating committees, and Mid-America regional managing partner.

Over the course of his career, Roger has worked with customers in a variety of industries and locations, and his in-depth grasp of the issues customers confront in today’s ever-changing business climate stems from his vast experience representing both mid-size and private firms, and multinational public organizations.

Actively involved in his community and having served on numerous civic organizations, Roger is now a trustee and Vice Chairman of the University of South Carolina Business Partnership Foundation as well as a trustee of the PGA of America Foundation. Roger also serves as a dedicated Ambassador for Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

Roger earned a CPA and CMA and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, along with a Master of Accountancy.
