As President of Retail, Marketing and Merchandising & Property Management at Rite Rug Flooring, Erin has spent more than 30 years in the flooring industry. She started as a Marketing Associate for RiteRug Flooring in 1990 and after holding several positions in the company, Erin was elevated to President of the Retail and Property Management divisions. Over the last three decades Erin has become deeply involved in the company’s extensive philanthropic efforts, including the management of RiteRug’s Foundation, the Duke Goldberg Family Foundation, which supports Military and First Responder charities. She has also been involved with the development of the Columbus Humane/RiteRug program that provides crucial resources to the Central Ohio animal shelter. She is proud to be the company liaison for The Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital and a member of the Board of Director’s for the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. Erin earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Otterbein University in Business/Organizational Communications and is a long-term advocate of those who have supported and protected our communities. Erin is also an avid animal lover. She enjoys, traveling and spending time with her husband, Kevin and their daughter Hannah.
