Dan currently serves as President and Executive Advisor of NextPath Career Partners, a company he cofounded in 2018. NextPath provides recruitment services in professional disciplines such as sales and marketing, executive placement, and technology. The company’s customers are primarily small to medium sized tech-centric companies with high growth potential and are located across the country.
Prior to his current position, Dan founded another technology services company, Veredus Corporation, in December 2000. Over the next 14 years, Veredus opened 14 offices throughout the United States, and by the end of 2014 employed 200+ staffers and 1000+ consultants. The company generated over 100M in revenue in 2014. Veredus was recognized on several occasions by Inc 1000 and the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the fastest growing companies in the country. In December of 2014, Veredus was acquired by Hays PLC, a 6B staffing firm based in the United Kingdom. Post transaction, Dan continued on as the CEO/Chairman of the Hays US business until he exited the company in 2018.
Prior to launching Veredus, Dan spent eight years with Kforce serving in various leadership roles.
Dan is currently on the board of Metropolitan Ministries and the Tampa Bay Economic Develop Council (EDC). He has previously served on the boards of Tampa Bay Tech (TBT), University of Tampa, the Tampa Museum of Art, and St. Leo University. Dan is also an investor in various technology start-ups located in both Tampa Bay and the state of Florida.
A Tampa native and graduate of the University of Florida, Dan is an enthusiastic hockey fan and enjoys hiking and traveling. He is married and has three children and three dogs.
