What makes our academic funding program unique
Special Operations warrior foundation is like no other foundation
- We proactively reach out to every eligible family
- There is no application for funding, no "red tape."
- We take a holistic approach to ensure the academic success of each student, years before the student steps onto the college campus.
- After we reach out to every eligible family, we stay in touch through the entire educational process, from preschool through college graduation and career transition.
- Our counselors work with the families to ensure private tutoring is available from kindergarten through college graduation.
- Starting with 8th grade, students can request a customized personal plan to achieve the student's dream career through an education at a university, vocational, or technical school

- In 2021 we earned our 15th consecutive 4-star rating from Charity Navigator, which positions us in the top 1% of all military charities.
"Special Operations Warrior Foundation has been with my family and I since the death of my father, providing guidance, support and encouragement the whole way.... They really are a family of the people they support because they care so much and are there to make sure they go and stay on a successful path. There's no organization like SOWF.”
