Board of Directors

Troy Fowler is a board member and director of Triad Foundation. Troy started his career in Tampa with NCNB (now Bank of America) in 1985.  He was a Senior Vice President and managed the commercial banking group in Tampa Florida.  In 1998, he joined TeamStaff, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), as Chief Operating Officer. Following a successful turnaround and ultimate sale of TeamStaff, he was one of four founders of Advantec, a PEO with operations in Florida, Texas, Georgia and North Carolina.  After an exit from Advantec in 2010, he joined the board of Triad Foundation. 

Troy has served on numerous non-profit boards in the Tampa Bay area. He served for over 20 years on the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA board of directors including 3 years as Chairman. He was a founding board member of the Positive Coaching Alliance chapter in Tampa Bay and remains a chapter board member. He also serves on the boards of the First Tee of Tampa and The Phoenix Tampa. 

Troy is married to Elizabeth Fowler. They have three children, Noble (32), Chase (30) and Samantha (27).
