Kimberly Hall is CEO and Founder at Ryan James Associates, a boutique headhunting and recruiting firm. Built on 36+ years of collective expertise, Ryan James Associates provides specialized recruiting services to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small and midsize businesses expanding multiple industries. Ryan James Associates operates nationwide. She recruits in a variety of disciplines including accounting, finance, human resources, sales, and marketing. Kimberly has been heavily involved with Wounded Warriors, Autism Society of San Diego, AWAKEN church and ran 2 marathons for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Kimberly earned her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with an emphasis in Marketing. Family and purpose are what drive her. Kimberly and her husband Scott, also an Ambassador have four sons and five grandchildren, 2 dogs, and reside in sunny San Diego.
