Chad Cohen is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Scala Advisors, LLC. Scala Advisors provides corporate finance advisory services to both
public and private growth technology companies. Chad is also currently Director
and Audit Committee Chairman at Vacasa (NASDAQ: VCSA). Prior to Scala, Chad was
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Capella Space.

Notably, as CFO, Chad has guided two companies through their (IPO)
Initial Public Offering processes.  He was CFO of Adaptive Biotechnologies
(NASDAQ: ADPT), where he led the company through its 2019 IPO, and was CFO of Zillow Group (NASDAQ: Z & ZG), where he also
led the company through its 2011 IPO.

Among other finance roles during his tenure, he has also held positions
at Ticketmaster and Ernst & Young. Chad has extensive board experience,
where he previously contributed to the success of Ticketfly as Director as well
Trupanion (NASDAQ: TRUP), and Adaptive before assuming his prior role as CFO.

Chad lives in Sammamish, Washington with his wife Jackie and two
daughters.  He’s an avid world traveler, shooter, motorcyclist, and music
fan.
