Brendan Ederle is the Chief Financial Officer of XRI, a leading water management and water recycling company serving the world’s most sophisticated energy producers and helping them achieve their environmental sustainability goals. XRI is a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Energy Partners. He was previously a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he advised a wide range of energy clients on strategic mergers, acquisitions and financings. Brendan was formerly a Senior Aviator and Blackhawk pilot in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), serving as a Company Commander, Platoon Leader and Ground Force Liaison Officer during multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. His awards and decorations include the Soldier’s Medal, the Bronze Star Medal and two Air Medals. Brendan holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy.
