CRADLE-TO-CAREER

Our Scholarships and Family Outreach Team strives to ensure the academic success of each student by building a relationship with the family and student as early as possible.

PRESCHOOL TUITION

Up to $8,000 per year for
eligible children ages 2 – 5 for preschool programs.

HOME SCHOOL FUNDING

Funding for children K – 12 for supplies, fees, and costs associated with homeschooling through college.

COLLEGE VISITS & FEES

Up to $5,000 for college campus visits,
five college application fees, and
SAT/ACT preparation.

COLLEGE-TO-CAREER

3-day College-to-Career Transition Conference, professional pathways program, mentoring and networking programs, and funding to
support  internships.

INITIAL CONTACT

SOWF proactively reaches out to eligible families to inform them about scholarship and academic programs.

PRIVATE SCHOOL TUITION

Up to $6,000 per year for eligible children K – 12 for private
school tuition.

COLLEGE PLANNING

5-day comprehensive college planning workshop for high school students (Operation EPIC), College Success Academy, and high school summer enrichment programs.

COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

Funding support for tuition, books, fees, room & board, transportation and miscellaneous expenses, plus a laptop and printer. Additional support is available for study-abroad opportunities.

COLLEGE GRADUATION

Communication continues with graduates and many students volunteer to be Ambassadors for SOWF by speaking at events.

Additional Programs Available Pre-K through College

Our Scholarship and Family Outreach Team strives to ensure the academic success of each student by building a relationship with the family and student as early as possible through educational programs and frequent communication to check in with the family.

Additionally, Pre-K through College graduation there will always be funding available for students with disabilities or professional tutoring.

The Special Operations Warrior Foundation supports educational programs specifically designed for children with disabilities. SOWF offers assistance, information, and advocacy for our students with disabilities along with financial support for a variety of services.

We understand that sometimes a student needs a little extra confidence-building or help to achieve or exceed their academic goals. That’s why we provide funding for professional, private, one-on-one tutoring and educational coaching services at no-cost.
