MATTHEW C. QUINN
U.S. SECRET SERVICE, RETIRED | SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF FORTEM TECHNOLOGIES
Matthew C. Quinn is a federal law enforcement and protective security professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Fortem Technologies, an airspace security and defense company focused on drone detection and mitigation solutions in support of national security interests.
Quinn, a career U.S. Secret Service Special Agent and Senior Executive, retired from government service in 2021 as the Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Protective Operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for the management and oversight of the agency’s global protective mission, including security operations for the President and Vice President of the United States.
Prior to this position, Quinn was the Special Agent in Charge of the Secret Service Special Operations Division, where he served as the Senior Executive responsible for all special mission units including the global operations and sustainment of the Secret Service Counter Assault Team, Counter Sniper Unit, Emergency Response Team, the Airspace Security Branch, and the Counter Unmanned Aerial System Program.
Quinn is an OPM certified and appointed member of the federal Senior Executive Service who holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a Master of Science from the National Defense University – Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security & Resource Strategy.
