Rich Moriarty serves as a Senior Managing Director with CBRE in its investment banking group, focused on the coverage of gaming, lodging and leisure companies.

Prior to CBRE, Rich spent over a decade at Union Gaming, a boutique advisory firm in which he co-founded and was responsible for all aspects of capital markets globally. In this capacity, he advised corporate and sponsor clients on all aspects of financing, to include equity and equity-linked products, high yield bonds, institutional loans and private credit.

Prior to Union Gaming, Rich served as a Director with Deutsche Bank in its Institutional Client Group Business in New York where he ran specialty distribution of the firm’s real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure products.

Rich received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he played four years of Division One ice hockey for the Minuteman. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife Sarah, and his daughters Marlowe and Poppy.

Rich also currently serves on the board of the Battle Born Youth ChalleNGe Foundation.
