Colonel Steve Mathias, USA Retired
An Aerospace Executive at AgEagle Aerial System, Steve leads the company’s Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Communications teams. Prior to joining AgEagle, Steve held executive positions at GKN Aerospace and Bell. Additionally, Steve leads Render Forward LLC, partnering with innovative small businesses in the global defense industrial base to support disruptive technologies and deliver crucial capabilities to warfighters.
In 2014, Steve retired as the United States Army Special Operations Command G8. His background encompassed assignments at the Joint Special Operations Command, the United States Special Operations Command, and the United States Army Special Operations Command. Additionally, Steve is an Army Special Operations Aviation Command plank holder.
Originally from Russell, Iowa, Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Truman State University. He subsequently earned master’s degrees from Webster University and the United States Army War College.
He is the proud husband of a world class Army Spouse (Pam) and father of two amazing Army Brats, Bailey (Husband: Tyler) and Chance (wife: Catherine). Son Chance is an Army Aviator.
